The head of the government of the Russian Federation D. Medvedev signed the resolution according to which it is forbidden to burn out a dry grass on lands of agricultural purpose and to make fire in fields.

From the text of the document: "The ban on a burning out of dry grassy vegetation on lands of agricultural purpose and lands of a stock, in strips of branch of highways and strips of branch and security zones of the railroads, overpasses and products pipelines is established".

Also it is explained: "Use of naked flame and cultivation of fires on lands of agricultural purpose and lands of a stock can be made on condition of observance of requirements of fire safety".

This decision will provide with fire safety settlements and objects of infrastructure and forest fund, added in the government.

It is possible also that instigators of a dry grass can become persons involved in criminal cases with compensation of damage if the fire was thrown on the wood.
