In the State Hermitage Museum on Friday opens an exhibition of one of the sculptures of the Greek Museum of the Acropolis. The statue of the Cortex will be shown to visitors. This statue was created in the VI century BC. It stays in Petersburg temporarily, in the framework of the exchange of the Museum values.
The exhibition will be held in room № 108 of the Roman Courtyard of the Hermitage.
The exposition will be opened until October 2. Then the statue will be taken back to Greece.
