The government of St. Petersburg suggests to increase a budget deficit to the sum of 58,6 billion rubles. Smolny made to Legislative assembly amendments to the law on the budget for 2016. According to the new offer expenses will grow by 8,4 billion rubles.
Subsidies to the subway will grow by 300 million rubles, to "Gorelektrotrans" – for 1,3 billion rubles, to "Passazhiravtotrans", and also other bus carriers – by 1,7 billion. It turns out that the cumulative size of a subsidy will make 25 billion rubles. Fare in 2016 in the subway will grow to 35 rubles, in land transport – to 30 rubles. Since July 1, 2016 tariffs for housing and communal services in St. Petersburg will be on average increased by 6,5%.
According to amendments, the income of the budget will grow by 400 million. By the current legislation, deficiency can't be more, than 15% of budget revenues (65 billion rubles). Consideration of the budget in the second reading is planned for November 18.
