From August 6 to August 13, the exposition of combat military equipment will occupy the entire perimeter of the Palace Square. The exhibition is timed to the real end of the Luban operation. The opening is on 9 August.
In total, the museum has more than 260 units of profile equipment and profile exhibits, so you should expect a large-scale exposition. A distinctive feature of the exhibits is that each of them is in working order. With the permission of the museum administration, guests and residents of the city will be able to climb the tank, take photos and touch.
The exhibition will be staffed by museum staff who will tour the exposition and acquaint those who wish with the history of military equipment, talk about the Lubansk operation and answer the guests' questions.
One of the main goals of the event is to grant the status of the Memorial Day of St. Petersburg on August 9.
